RECEIVING RAINS BUT NOT VERY ACTIVE CHATTING

I observed ONE person receiving rains in our Chatroom which is not very active chatter but continues receiving rains , i feel there is something very different here, you can check hes chatlogs and the time he catched rains . Last Week i received rains too but i am very active chatting, once i stop, the rains stop also and i need to be active for more than an hour to receive again, meaning its based to random chatters, but as i observe this username, he receiving continuously being non active chatter.

I believe it’s not solely depends on how active you are. It is heavily influenced on how much you wager for that day or week, I guess.
