I am applying for the moderator role on indian chat room.

 

1. Stake Username: rahul3008

 

2. Time Spent on Chat: I spend approximately 7-8 hours daily on stake & chat collectively

 

3. Role of a Moderator: A moderator ensures a healthy, respectful, and engaging environment. They are responsible to monitor scammers and unethical activities to maintain a fair space for all menbers. They also assist the users with their queries. They are also responsible for handling any disputes and preventing any scams in the chat room. They are also responsible that community guidelines are followed and no person should share their personal information in the chat rooms specially their social media accounts and banking information 

 

4. Why I Want to Be a Moderator: Stake is a globally well recognised platform. I have strong communication leadership & problem solving skills. I am passionate about helping and guiding the community. I had noticed an increase in scammers and rule-breakers and would like to help keep the chat safe for Indian users. I can actively contribute to making Stake India's chat more interactive, fair, and scam-free. I am fluent in both Hindi & English language.

 

5. Warnings, Mutes, or Bans: No, i have not been given any warnings, mutes or bans

 

6. Any Moderator Experience: No. This will be my first time experience as a moderator. 

 

7. Nightime Availability: Yes, I am comfortable working in night shift
