Playing Too Smart? Get Banned?

I qualified for two casino promotions on Stake for this week, Originals Ascent and The Level Up. I spent very little but still got eligible.

Then, out of nowhere, Stake disqualified me… just because I played smart.
 

Imagine this: I’m one of the 1% actually making a profit on Stake. I participated in two casino promotions this week and luckily qualified. Then, out of the blue, I got an email from Stake: I was disqualified from all promotions for a bizarre reason. "img 1"

 

I realized from the email that I qualified by spending very little, and apparently, that didn’t make Stake happy. So, I contacted support… and guess what?
They played a recorded message: “You have been disqualified. No appeal. No explanation.” "img 2"

Curious, I dug into the terms and conditions, and there it was: Stake can disqualify you from promotions, even if you play completely fair and 100% legit. "img 3"

Now I'm asking again and I seek answers, Why Am I being disqualified? @BratislavK @NemanjaPi @MladenS

My weird question came up, if there is a rule like this why is the promotion made?

It's funny to be banned with the excuse that you've got too much bonus, while the bonus that is obtained is not only but must be done using bets

Is it hard to say you should minimally wager $# to be qualified, the thing is there is no transparency.

There was no effect, at that time I also did a lot of wagers. Even before that I was also banned for 7 days to claim bonus drop

this just happened to me not long ago and they banned me from claiming any promo codes for a week... still eligible for level up bonuses, etc.. but no bonus drops

they dont even pay the promos you already completed then. just sad. im plat 4 here and same thing happened.

no explanation nothing.

It's funny that they consider this challenges as "promotions". Most of the time you end up losing hundreds chasing the multipliers.
Get used to it, because you will start getting these emails more and more often, that's how things are now at Stake.

a time out from promotions i could understand. but atleast pay the ones completed before the email came.

for example now i can play promos again , but since whenever they decide not to pay it out they can just email and take winnings there is 0 point.

@TrixXz that’s how they disqualify you after you already qualify.And then  they wait until they pay out, then suddenly tell you, ‘Now you can play again.’ And when you qualify again guess what? , here comes the email 😂

Imho its just bad business.

It never feels good for the customer to get stuff taken away. If Eddie promotes these challenges on the Stream and actually recommends them to have better EV (expected value) its hypocritical to take the boni away later. Most people who do those challenges wouldnt play the particular games otherwise. While I obviously dont know their math I find it weird that this is their priority.

 

It would be easy to say, okay "he/she has a to positive bonus/loss ratio" and restrict people for a couple weeks so they wont be able to participate but to take away already completed stuff? Thats just fucked up.

 

Thats also my gripe with stake in recent times "normal sized" players get the stick on every corner, promoting their bonuses on every occasion but dont you dare to actually try to claim them.

Bonus drops? Oh you claimed the ones from the weekend stream and one from the guy you are affiliated too? Yeah too bad, here is a week of no drops for you.  

Weekly/monthly trying to keep your loss to a minimum? Yeah too bad, here is a month of reduced bonuses for you.

Forum challenges? Oh you spend your money to complete them? Yeah to bad, no claim for you.

Won a random event challenge? So you are $20 up for the month only due to that? (while still being down 50k lifetime) Yeah to bad, here is a restriction coming your way.

At the end of the day they can do whatever they want as written in their TOS, there are other sites that offer challenges for bonuses so  its best to leave as they obviously dont appreciate you as a customer. The only people they do care about are highrollers, you never heard of a restricted highroller have you? Even if you are up millions and only play with bonus money afterwards.. no restrictions but some guy with 10-20k wager a week claims a $3 drop to much thats the guy that really needs the restriction 🙂
