Purpose of the tip Limit

Heya everyone

I know the complaints about the tip limits being low some time ago have been resolved, I was just wondering about the purpose of having a tip limit in place. Some of the possible reasons I thought of were to prevent possible money laundering (although, people could just withdraw money if they wanted to), or to possibly prevent errors, if a user tips the wrong player, then it will be limited to the max limit.

What do you guys think? I'm sure the limit must serve some purpose, and even though many of us will never reach the limit of 0.2 BTC per day, it would still be interesting to hear your thoughts regarding the limits

it's to prevent further abuse of faucets. since if they do not have any starting money to start with, they cannot farm faucets cause of the minimum tip requirement

I think the tip  limit is lame and if u have depoed then there's no reason for a tip limit . I am a grown women and if I wanna give my btc to someone else then I shouldn't be limited on the amount I wanna share . That's just my own personal opinion

Tip limit because prevent abuse of faucets, if not limited to abuse of faucets and faucets will be closed

I think you guys have misunderstood my post. I am not talking about the 1000 sat minimum tip limit, I'm talking about the purpose of the 0.2 Maximum daily tip limit.
