How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?

 I would say on average, I spend around 7–10 hours per day actively monitoring and interacting in chat. Stake is typically open  on my computer or phone for most of my day, which allows me to stay engaged with the community, assist users when needed, and keep up with ongoing discussions.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

 Of course! I believe the role of a Moderator is to help maintain a safe environment and promote positivity by interacting and helping the community.  This can include actions from warning/punishing players, making sure rules are known and followed accordingly, and promoting a safe environment where we can just talk about our days, life, or just chatting about some slots or originals. I believe moderators carry an immense amount of responsibility because they represent the face of the company, not only do they have to enforce the rules but be knowledgeable about a range of different topics. 

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I would love to become a moderator on Stake because I feel like I can bring a unique perspective to the team. I enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcome. I am patient when handling questions or conflicts, and I understand the importance of being fair, professional, and consistent when enforcing community rules. I am also active within the community and committed to contributing my time and effort to help make the chat a safe, engaging, and enjoyable place for all users.

 I have been in many staff positions that would greatly benefit me in this role. I have served as a moderator across multiple servers and forums, ranging from smaller communities with around 50 active members to large communities with over 25,000 players. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong communication, conflict-resolution, and community management skills while adapting to the different challenges that come with evolving companies.

I believe this experience would be greatly beneficial to the team because I already understand the responsibilities and expectations that come with moderation. I am comfortable working as part of a team, following established guidelines, and taking initiative when needed to help ensure the community remains welcoming, organized, and enjoyable for everyone.

My Stake id is SadgeBulldog 

1-2 hrs currently, because most chatters are just either complaining about withdrawals and losses or it's some guy having trouble with the platform but no one bats and eye. 

For me a moderator in a gambling chat room is different from the usual norm. We are an eccentric group, so he/she has to be fun and engaging with every kind of gambler we have on our platform, be stern when one violates our rules but mostly humoring the chatter in the messages. I look at Roshtein mods like Muttuuu as a role model. A very positive character, friendly to interact with, regular, prompt, precise and funny af when you want him to be but at the same time strict whenever you cross the line. Of course one has to be mindful of the legal and security aspects of the job, cuz stake is the biggest casino on the planet and moderation team can't be open to legal recourse. No politico, racers(jk racists), gaslighters, misinformation, discrimination, sexual comments and the list goes on.

I want to be a moderator cuz I want to make a difference for my community on stake India. Give them a welcoming and encouraging environment, going to and from with the friendly banter, helping lost souls towards the help section and reminding the most important thing to do on the forums; have fun. I don't wanna do not replies. I want myself to be engaging with our community at good and bad times, but keeping it from getting too personal or out of line. 

 

I was never muted or banned, and I haven't sent any bad messages in general.

I was a discord mod for Admiral bulldog for a short time, a long time telegram and badminton WhatsApp group mod with 200+ active users

I'm a hella active at night, I have to be to catch the football and NBA games. I am prepared to make it a professional working time. I am flexible and can run long marathons so please give me a shot, I will definitely make an impression.
