Top Monthly Bonus – Need Clarification (Over $2M Wager)

Hello everyone,

 

I wanted to ask for some clarification regarding the Top Monthly Bonus, and maybe some of you can share your recent experiences.

 

My VIP Host is Hanna, but she is currently on vacation, so I’m being handled by a VIP backup host at the moment.

 

This month I reached my all-time record, with over

$2,068,773 wager (Platinum VI).

I also received my regular monthly bonus of around $1,056, which matches the normal monthly stats calculation.

 

However, in the past I already received the Top Monthly Bonus at much lower wager amounts. This time, despite having more than double the wager of months where I previously received it, the backup host told me that there are “no additional bonuses available” for me right now.

 

This feels very strange, considering that:

• I have never had such a high monthly wager

• I am normally eligible for the Top Monthly Bonus at much lower volumes

• The Top Monthly Bonus is usually granted on top of the standard monthly bonus

• Other players with significantly lower wager have received one

 

So my question to the community is:

Has anyone with similar wager amounts recently received their Top Monthly Bonus?

And how did it look for you in terms of amount or communication?

 

I just want to understand if anything has changed, or if this is simply a misunderstanding because my main VIP Host is currently on vacation.

Any feedback or recent numbers would be helpful.

top monthy is at the end of the month. 30.11. is when its out. you will get it, just need to wait 2 more weeks. will probably be 1st december cause of weekend
