Wrong multiplier applied to my bet

i played magnet plinko with a bet of 500 and landed on 25x as you can see in the picture

but the amount I received was from 0.25x

If you look at the screenshot you uploaded it seems that you've activated magnet mode.
If magnet mode is active,an amount equivalent to base bet * 100 is paid per ball.

For more details please click on the gear icon at the bottom left of the game and select Information in game.
