How to manage Attachments on STAKE?

Hi, I have used all of the attachment space on the forum. Below, it's telling me to "Manage Attachments to free up space".

I opened the destination and can only see all my previous attachments, and no options to delete or manage them. Is that normal, or do you have to reach a certain level to have those permissions?    I wish I could share some screen captures, but obviously I can't because no more space 😆
