Since I've been losing a lot on the site and haven't been able to earn any money for a long time, I've decided to take a break. I wrote to my VIP representative about self-exclusion for six months and asked if I could receive my bonuses during this period. He said, "Yes, of course, sir." So I did, and wrote to my VIP representative because my access to the site was blocked. He said, "I misunderstood you, I'm sorry." Now I'm asking you, whose fault is this? Why can't I receive my bonuses for six months? I've lost $120,000 on the site in the last eight months. No1karim1 1

I ask my VIP representative and do what he says upon his direction. Then he tells me, "I'm sorry, I misunderstood you. How fair and correct do you think this is?"
