Hello, greetings from the Turkish chat. Like many other users, I also have a complaint regarding the current rain (money distribution) system. Users are jumping from other chats into ours, which results in our rain rights being unfairly taken. The mute actions applied are not an effective solution to this issue.

 

As the Turkish chat community, we request that this outdated and overly simple rain system be updated. We propose that rains be separated by chat and language, require manual participation with a 10-second waiting period, and display a language-appropriate question (similar to a trivia question) during participation. Alternatively, we request that a completely new and more secure rain system be implemented as soon as possible.

 

We expect the administrators to take action against this unfair situation and ensure that users can benefit from their rights properly.

 

Merhabalar, Türk sohbetinden sizleri selamlıyorum. Birçok kullanıcının şikâyetçi olduğu gibi, benim de rahatsız olduğum bir konu var. Sohbetimize diğer chatlerden zıplayarak gelen kullanıcılar nedeniyle rain hakkımız ihlal ediliyor. Uygulanan mute işlemleri de bu duruma yeterli çözüm olmuyor.

 

Ben ve Türk sohbetindeki kullanıcılar olarak, bu ilkel ve basit rain sisteminin değiştirilmesini talep ediyoruz. Rainlerin chat ve dillere göre ayrılması, katılım için 10 saniyelik bir bekleme süresiyle manuel tıklama yapılması, katılım sırasında ekranda o dile uygun bir soru (trivia gibi) çıkması veya tamamen farklı ve daha güvenli yeni bir rain sisteminin acilen uygulanmasını istiyoruz.

 

Yöneticilerin bu haksızlığa karşı bir adım atmasını ve kullanıcıların haklarını en iyi şekilde korumasını talep ediyoruz.

We are not permitted to join other chats, yet everyone is sending messages in our chat. Special measures need to be taken to address this, such as only allowing gold and higher ranks to send messages, or only allowing accounts with Turkish KYC information to participate.

KYC verification may be required for members to join local chat rooms. Members who do not complete KYC verification can still chat freely in English.

This issue can be solved easily like a system at kick platform. At kick (where the owners are same) when you would like to follow or write on a streamers chat box there is an option to keep waited new follower optionally 1 min 5 min even 1 day on some streamers. Either Stake management  don’t have a capacity solve this or there is an another agenda behind this. ‘Multi accounts,bots and chat jumpers” come and visit Turkish chat room there are thousands of them.
