qwerty01 Posted December 13, 2025 #1076 Posted December 13, 2025 "Tis the night before Christmas, the world calm and bright, Snowflakes like diamonds drift soft through the night. In a small cozy home where the fire glows warm, A child sat listening to the hush of the storm. The stockings were hanging, the tree lights aglow, Outside shimmered rooftops, all covered in snow. When suddenly—thump!—from the rooftop above, Came a sound that was gentle, yet filled them with love. A swirl of bright snow down the chimney appeared, And out stepped dear Santa, his boots lightly smeared. With a smile that could warm even winter’s cold air, He said, “Merry Christmas—what a joy to find you here.” He reached in his satchel and pulled out a star, “A gift for your kindness, which shines near and far.” Its glow filled the room with a soft golden gleam, Wrapping the moment in the warmth of a dream. “Place it high on your tree, let it brighten the night, For hearts full of hope make the magic shine bright.” Then Santa winked kindly and rose out of sight, Back to rooftops and reindeer and the moon’s silver light. So the child stood smiling in the warm fire’s gleam, Holding close to the wonder of that sweet winter dream. For on this quiet night, filled with magic and cheer, Christmas whispered softly, “I’m always near.” stake: marryJU

Dino0993 Posted December 13, 2025 #1078 Posted December 13, 2025 Well, sort of. A Christmas Story isn't a literal biopic of Shepherd, but it's deeply rooted in his own memories (just exaggerated for laughs). The movie draws from his bestselling In God We Trust: All Others Pay Cash (1966), a collection of semi-autobiographical short stories that blend reality and fiction.

takustake Posted December 13, 2025 #1080 Posted December 13, 2025 That was when I still believed in the existence of Santa. I set large socks on the bedside and went to bed ready to receive a present. In the middle of the night, I suddenly woke up because I was worried about the voice and the faint light. When I looked into the room where the voice was leaking and the light was leaking... it was my parents. There I witnessed the shock. My father is changing into Santa Claus's clothes right now. I was happy to receive a present, but it was a Christmas night when I felt like I had lost one of my important dreams. takustake
xQsmee7 Posted December 13, 2025 #1081 Posted December 13, 2025 High above the snowy hills, in the velvet sky of Christmas Eve, twinkled a tiny star named Eddie. He was the smallest star in the sky, and though he sparkled with all her might, she often felt invisible next to the big, bright stars that guided travelers and lit up the heavens. As Christmas approached, Eddie made a wish: “I want to do something special this Christmas. I want to help someone.” Down on Earth, in a quiet village nestled between the mountains, a little boy named Theo was lost in the woods. He had wandered too far while looking for the perfect pinecone for his sister’s gift. The snow was falling fast, and the forest grew darker by the minute. Eddie saw the boy from above. “This is my chance,” she whispered. Gathering all her light, she began to shine brighter than ever before. Her glow pierced through the clouds and trees, casting a golden path through the forest. Theo looked up and saw the brilliant light. “A star!” he gasped. “It’s showing me the way!” He followed the glowing trail, step by step, until he saw the warm lights of his village in the distance. That night, as Theo hugged his sister and handed her the pinecone, Eddie twinkled with joy. He had found her purpose—not by being the biggest or brightest, but by being there when someone needed her most. And from that Christmas on, every year, the villagers would look up at the sky and say, There’s Eddie, our Christmas star. xQsmee7

namtt007 Posted December 13, 2025 #1086 Posted December 13, 2025 Elliot had no money for gifts, but he wanted to give his sister something beautiful. On Christmas Eve, he stood outside and looked up at the moon—round, silver, perfect. He ran inside, grabbed a box, and wrapped it carefully. Inside, he placed a note: “I can’t give you the moon, but every time you see it, remember you’re loved.” Years later, long after toys were forgotten, his sister still kept that box. Not because of what was inside—but because of who gave it. stake: namtt007

Aozz001 Posted December 13, 2025 #1089 Posted December 13, 2025 Twas the night before Christmas, the fire burning low, We cuddled up close in its warm, gentle glow. The house held its breath, the world quiet and still, Snow resting softly on window and sill. Laughter felt near, like a secret in air, A moment of peace, simple, warm, and so rare. And there by the fire, hearts steady and bright, Christmas felt real in that hush of the night. Id : Aozz001
olorinn Posted December 13, 2025 #1090 Posted December 13, 2025 Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there. The children were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads. And mamma in her ‘kerchief, and I in my cap, Had just settled our brains for a long winter’s nap. Stake: olorinn

oreoyum Posted December 13, 2025 #1092 Posted December 13, 2025 (edited) This night before Christmas, the town glowed with borrowed cheer, plastic lights, rehearsed smiles, and songs promising peace on repeat, while a tired clerk closed his shop at midnight, pocketed a forgotten chocolate bar someone had tried to steal and then apologized for, and stepped into the snow realizing that Christmas was less a miracle and more a quiet agreement to be gentle for a moment, ironic only because that small kindness felt rarer than anything the carols ever promised. PANIIGAL Posted December 13, 2025 #1094 Posted December 13, 2025 A Short Christmas Story: On a cold night, a boy named Adam stood by the window, wishing to see happiness in people’s eyes. He went outside and found an old man all alone. Adam gave him his scarf and said, “Merry Christmas.” The old man smiled as soft snow began to fall. Adam felt a warm joy in his heart and learned that the best Christmas gift is kindness. Stake username : PANIIGAL

selamcan Posted December 13, 2025 #1097 Posted December 13, 2025 Tis the night before Christmas, and all through the land The creatures were stirring, with a magical hand The moon was shining bright, a silver glow Illuminating the snow, in a winterly show In a small village, nestled in the German hills Lived a young girl named Sophie, with a heart full of thrills She'd been good all year, no tantrums or frown She'd written her letters, to the Weihnachtsmann, with a hopeful crown As the clock struck sieben, Sophie crept to her bed Her eyes shining bright, with a festive thread She closed her eyes tight, and drifted off to sleep Dreaming of Zuckerplätzchen, and a merry Christmas to keep But little did Sophie know, a surprise was in store A magical adventure, that would leave her wanting more The Weihnachtsmann himself, was making his way To bring joy and cheer, to the village, on this special day... stake name : Selamcan
zPhantomz Posted December 13, 2025 #1098 Posted December 13, 2025 Tis the night before Christmas, and the small village of Oakhaven lay under a blanket of silence so thick it felt like velvet. The snow had stopped falling hours ago, leaving the cobblestones dusted in white sugar, glittering under the light of a full, watchful moon. While the rest of the village was tucked under down comforters, dreaming of sugarplums and stockings, one light still burned in the window of the crooked shop at the end of the lane. This was the workshop of Elias, a mender of broken things. Elias adjusted his spectacles, the magnification lenses reflecting the tiny, intricate gears of a music box that sat disassembled before him. It belonged to a little girl named Sophie, whose family had fallen on hard times. The box had stopped playing its tune three Christmases ago, and her mother had brought it to Elias with a hopeful, teary whisper, asking if anything could be done for a few coppers. "Tis the night before Christmas," Elias muttered to himself, echoing the old poem as he carefully tweezers a spring no thicker than a hair into place. "And not a creature is stirring... except for one stubborn old clockmaker." He held his breath. This was the critical moment. If the mainspring caught, the music would return. If it slipped, the box would remain silent forever. Click. The sound was barely audible, but to Elias, it was a thunderclap of success. He gently wound the key and released the catch. Slowly, haltingly at first, and then with crystal clarity, the tinkling notes of Silent Night filled the dusty room. Elias smiled, the lines around his eyes crinkling. He quickly wrapped the box in brown paper and tied it with a scrap of red velvet ribbon he had saved for a special occasion. He shrugged on his heavy wool coat, pulled his cap over his ears, and stepped out into the biting cold. The snow crunched satisfyingly under his boots as he made his way toward Sophie’s small cottage at the edge of town. As he walked, the church bell began to toll midnight. Christmas had arrived. Just as he reached the cottage, a shadow swept over the moon. Elias looked up. For a fleeting second, he thought he saw a silhouette against the stars—something like a sleigh, something like reindeer—but it vanished as quickly as a blink. He placed the package on the doorstep, knocked once—hard and sharp—and then retreated quickly into the shadows of a nearby oak tree. The door creaked open. Sophie, looking sleepy and tousled in her nightgown, peeked out. Her eyes widened as they landed on the package. She picked it up, tearing the paper corner. As she turned the key, the clear, sweet notes of the music box drifted out into the cold night air. Sophie looked out into the darkness, her face glowing with a joy that warmed Elias more than his heavy coat ever could. "Santa?" she whispered into the empty street. Elias waited until the door closed and the lock clicked. He turned back toward his shop, his heart light. "Happy Christmas to all," he whispered to the empty street, tipping his cap to the moon. "And to all, a good night." StakeID : zPhantomz
