The fire crackled, the cat knocked over the tree (classic), Santa got stuck in the chimney, and we had to rescue him with hot cocoa and duct tape. By morning, the presents were wrapped, the cookies were gone, and Christmas turned out messy, loud, and perfect.

’Tis the night before Christmas, the fire softly sighs as snow quilts the town. Stockings lean close, listening for magic. Cocoa warms hands, worries melt. A clock holds its breath. Outside, stars conspire. Inside, laughter settles. Somewhere, a promise stirs: morning will arrive brighter, kinder, wrapped in bells, memories, and love shared without hurry, while chimneys dream, reindeer pause, and children sleep believing still peacefully. 🎄

Tis the night before Christmas, and all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there.

The children were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads. When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter— I sprang up to see what was the matter!

To the window I flew, threw open the sash, And there was St. Nick with his sleigh in a flash! Eight tiny reindeer, a jolly old elf so quick, Down the chimney he came with his sack full of gifts.

He filled every stocking, silent and bright, Winked with a smile, then vanished from sight. I heard him exclaim as he drove out of view— “Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!”

Morning brought laughter, gifts, and delight, Hearts full of love in the soft Christmas light. The magic of kindness and joy had arrived— A season of hope, where true wonder thrives.

Ok, so. The girl I'm seeing decides to make an impromptu trip to come see me weeks before Christmas. I stream on the side and make crumbs, she is also broke. I'm also currently living in my moms coach-house. Let's just say it's a pretty frugal Christmas, we're CHILLING right now.

One of the things we like to do is hit up the local casino. But we're also broke, LOL. So my mom, bless, LOANS us both some money so we can all play together. It's a great time we're playing huff and puff, some yummy order pots, it's a wonderful time. But... We're losing. I mean we're really on the ropes here.

We have hit maybe 6 machines, and for every one of us, duds. We're on the last couple and even though the outing was fun, I could feel something lingering. We go to POTS (coins into pots maybe proc bonus I'm sure we've all seen), I hail mary a 26$ bet (way above what I usually do). WE SNAP THE BONUS, WE'RE IN. IS THIS THE SAVIOR SPIN?....

The bonus whiffs, we hit 720$. I'm not complaining, but on a random $26 I'm a bit deflated. I HEAT CHECK THE MACHINE 56$ bet, LINE HIT OF 720$. At this point I'm feeling pretty fired up, we're basically back to even.

I have a feeling... a... CHRISTMAS feeling....

I know my moms favorite slot is Diamond Queen. And maybe a few weeks prior we see some lady win 40k on the machine. So I said "Hey... WE'RE ALL GOING NOW, COUPLE 100$ SPINS DIAMOND QUEEN?". Now let's just preface, these spins are actually insane for me, my mom has to look away in disgust, and it's NOT a normal thing. But I figured we were even if not up a little, let's test the waters.

We get there... We put in the 1300 chit... My mom REFUSES to spin. So it's me, the girl I'm seeing, and the button (mom sitting behind half watching in curiousity/fear)

We slam the button... TWO SCATTERS, we are excited. SLAM IT AGAIN. 150$ not bad. KEEP SLAMMING, for the next 4 spins we hit 2 scatters. We are deflated but also getting paid 2x every time they land. We get to 1500, AND SEND IT ONE MORE TIME.

BOOM, bonus hits. We're in... WE'RE ACTUALLY IN. a 100$ BONUS ON A MACHINE THAT IS GUARANTEED TO PAY AT LEAST A LITTLE.
My mom nearly falls over, then rushes towards us. We're all so excited waiting to click the button.

THE WOMAN WE SAW WIN 40k WEEKS AGO IS LITERALLY SITTING BEHIND US. Walks up to us and says "It's your time now.."

We all sit there, quivering over the spin button deciding who is going to click it. We decide, ALL TOGETHER WE HIT IT. 

First wild line, we get a respin, PRETTY GOOD, not complaining about a free re-spin even if only 1 wild line
Second spin, repeat of the first, not bad, we're at around 1500$ (IN THE BONUS)
Third spin, two wild lines now, KINDA WENT A BIT HARD, up to around 4500$
Fourth spin, FULL LINES A LOW SYMBOL AND A COUPLE PREMIUMS AT THE START, THE MACHINE SHAKES, IT'S NOT MAX WIN BUT ITS MORE THAN WE COULD ASK FOR. The small crowd that had formed around is is all cheering while someone is saying "It's good!! It's shaking!!",

12750$ it shows us, our jaws agape.

Needless to say it was a crazy highlight. Insane heat checks on crazy high bets panned out. A Casino Christmas Miracle 🎅🌲🎄🎁

Tis the night before Christmas, and while the fire crackled, I realized we forgot to buy milk for Santa! I ran to the store in my pajamas, slipping on the icy sidewalk, only to find the shop closed. I came back and left Santa a glass of water and a note saying 'Inflation hit us all, Santa. Hydrate!' The next morning, the water was gone, and the gifts were there. Santa gets it.
