Tis the night before Christmas,🎄 and all through the town,

Not a creature was stirring, not even a clown.

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care

In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there 🎅🎁

Children were nestled all snug in their beds 🛏️ 💤

While visions of candy canes 🍭danced in their heads.

Outside the snow fell, sparkling and bright ❄️☃️

Turning the world into a magical sight 🌟

Suddenly a jingle 🔔, so merry and clear,

Announced Santa’s arrival🎅🛷bringing holiday cheer 🎉

With laughter and joy, he filled every space😊☺️

Spreading love and warmth all over the place❤️🤗

And as the stars twinkled up high in the sky,

He whispered, ‘Merry Christmas to all’ 🎁❤️🎉 and then flew by.

                            The last night

Every house on Maple Street glittered at Christmas except Mr. Hale’s. His stood dark at the end of the road, forgotten. One evening, I noticed a single light flicker inside his window. Curious, I brought him cookies the next day.

Inside, his home was quiet. A photo of a smiling boy rested on the mantel. “My son,” he said. “After he died, I stopped celebrating.”

I wrapped a tiny string of lights around the frame. He smiled, softly.

That night, his house glowed again.

Sometimes, Christmas begins with one small light.

Twas the night before Christmas, I followed my feel,

Not chasing the odds, just keeping it real.

A small bit of luck, a quiet delight,

And Christmas felt closer that warm, winning night. 🎄

Tis the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The air crackled with excitement as Santa's sleigh bells chimed softly, scattering a layer of fresh snow and spreading pure Christmas joy across the sleepy town. 🎄  🆔 Karabang

This Christmas arrived quietly, without noise or big plans.
A simple evening at home, warm food, and honest conversations made it memorable.
It reminded me that the best moments don’t need perfection.
Christmas showed me that being present is the real gift. 🎄

“Tis the night before Christmas, **___**”

…when the fire softly crackled and hummed like a song,

Casting gold on the stockings that patiently hung.

Outside, snow whispered secrets to rooftops and trees,

While the world held its breath in the cold, starlit freeze.

Inside, hearts were lighter, though worries still crept,

They curled up like kittens and finally slept.

A kettle sighed gently, the cocoa ran deep,

And even old clocks seemed to drift into sleep.

Then—hush!—from the chimney came not a loud clatter,

But a warm little thump and a sprinkle of laughter.

Not magic alone, nor reindeer nor sleigh,

But the quiet reminder of joy finding its way.

For Christmas, you see, isn’t bound by a man,

Or gifts wrapped in ribbons, or some perfect plan.

It lives in the stillness, the pause, the together—

In holding one moment and calling it *treasure*.

So the fire burned low, and the night held its breath,

As peace settled in, soft as snow’s gentle depth.

And the last thing it gave, before morning would gleam,

Was hope—tucked in tight—

Like a beautiful dream. 🎄

My Christmas Story in India

Christmas morning arrived softly in our small Indian town, not with snow, but with mist and the smell of fresh chai. The sun rose gently over coconut trees, and church bells echoed through the quiet streets, mixing with the sound of temple bells from far away.

Our house was already awake. Amma was lighting a diya near the window, while Papa hung a small paper star that we reused every year. There was no giant Christmas tree—just a green branch decorated with fairy lights, ribbons, and handmade ornaments. Yet it felt magical.

By 6 a.m., we walked to church. The air was cool, and people wore sweaters instead of coats. Children laughed, holding candles, while carols filled the night: “Silent night, holy night…”

sung in English, Hindi, and even a little Malayalam.

After the prayer, the real celebration began. Neighbours greeted each other—Hindus, Muslims, Christians—everyone smiling, saying “Merry Christmas!” Plates of plum cake, laddoos, and homemade sweets were shared freely. Christmas in India was never just about one religion; it was about togetherness.

Back home, cousins arrived on bikes, laughter louder than the crackers bursting outside. We played games, teased each other, and waited eagerly for gifts. They weren’t expensive—sometimes just chocolates, sometimes clothes—but they were given with love.

As evening fell, the sky lit up with fireworks instead of snowfall. I sat on the terrace, looking at the glowing stars and listening to distant carols. In that moment, I realized Christmas in India wasn’t about snow or Santa—it was about warmth, family, and hearts coming closer.

And that made it the most beautiful Christ

mas of all. 🎄

’Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the town,

The lights shimmered softly, no worries around.

Stockings were hung with the greatest of care,

Hope filled the air like a whispered prayer.

Snow kissed the rooftops, the world felt just right,

Every heart glowing in the calm of the night.

Families laughed, sharing cocoa and cheer,

Grateful for love, for the ones held near.

Then bells gently rang, not loud, not fast,

A reminder that moments like these never last.

So we paused and we smiled, held tight what we knew—

That Christmas is magic because it’s shared with you.

When morning arrived with its bright golden gleam,

The greatest gift found was the joy in between—

Not wrapped up in ribbons or tied with a bow,

But love, hope, and peace… the true Christmas glow.

Tis the night before Christmas,

and magic hums in the air.

A silver fox appears at your window:

“The Last Star fell. Santa needs it.”

You warm the star in your hands.

It rises back into the sky—bright again.

On Christmas Eve, the snow fell softly on the illuminated city. Eddie hurried along, seeking shelter from the cold, when he saw the bright lights of the casino, ablaze like a Christmas tree.

Entering, he wasn't looking for fortune, but for warmth and a glimmer of hope. Amid laughter, carols, and golden lights, Eddie remembered that true luck wasn't in gambling, but in sharing. He donated his last coffee to a stranger, and just then, he received a call that would change his night: his family was waiting for him to celebrate together.

Eddie left smiling, his heart full. That Christmas, he understood that the greatest reward is always coming home. 🎄

Tis the night before Christmas EddieFx (my stake id) was playing some poker, hoping to win the Stake Main Poker Event. Sadly only with 5BB left in his stack. He dicided to go all in, and got 5 calls resulting in a big comeback as he had AA. After this the rungood didn’t stop and he kept on winning and winning until he was alone at the final table (getting the Stake crown of poker)🎅🏼

'Twas the night before Christmas, and our old Labrador, Bear, wouldn't stop barking at the fireplace. We finally saw why—a soot-covered elf was stuck halfway down the flue, clutching a glittering parcel.

"Delivery for this address," he wheezed, handing me the package before shimmying back up. "The tag got smudged. You have to feel who it's for."

I held the box. It hummed softly, and a warm feeling spread through my hands. I knew. I walked to my grandfather, who'd been quiet all evening, and gave it to him. He opened it, and his eyes, which had seemed distant lately, lit up with a familiar, joyful spark. Inside wasn't an object, but a memory we all thought was lost: the sound of my grandmother's laughter on their first Christmas together, filling the room.

The magic hadn't been lost in the mail. It just needed the right hands to deliver it.

Tis the night before Christmas, and all through the small, snow-dusted town, a hush fell so deep it felt as though the world itself was holding its breath; lanterns glowed softly behind frosted windows, pine scented the air, and somewhere between the chiming church bells and the whisper of falling snow, a quiet magic stirred one that slipped into dreams, warmed lonely hearts, and reminded even the weariest soul that hope, like Christmas, often arrives when the night is at its darkest.
