TKO Posted November 14, 2018 #1 Posted November 14, 2018 Hey guys! TKO Here So I think vault is a great addition to the site. It really helps people play sensible and stops addiction to an extent too I think. Besides, now the people cannot complain saying "You don't let us have a **Bank** on Stake so I lose it all" not that it was a valid complaint anyways. However I do face a few problem with the vault. Here's one example: Now I'm not sure of its me doing something wrong or if its a bug, I really don't know. The last time i withdrew from the vault, I took 0.00003 BTC and may be that's why it says "Less than or equal to 0.00003"? I have no clue. Do I have to deposit in the vault what I last took from it first? How does it work? @Dan Is this a bug or is it a rule of some sort? Please do let me know Thanks! ~TKO PS. You guys are amazing. I care for all of you. If you're EVER feeling low and wanna talk, I am here and my DM's are open I would love to help! Take good care of yourself and others around you. Strive to be the best you can be and stay happy, safe and healthy! Love you all! ❤️ 1 minute ago, TKO said: The last time i withdrew from the vault, I took 0.00003 BTC and may be that's why it says "Less than or equal to 0.00003"? If this is a rule, I dont see the point of it. Especially for high rollers. If they withdraw 50 BTC from their vault and lose it, They wont ever be able to deposit in their vault again if they dont have 50 BTC. Don't you think @Dan So, I'm pretty sure its a bug

williamshennie9 Posted November 14, 2018 #4 Posted November 14, 2018 I think it is just a visual bug, I'm sure they'll fix it soon
Mistake Posted November 14, 2018 #5 Posted November 14, 2018 realy? i dont but like that if i refresh my page
DviouS Posted November 14, 2018 #6 Posted November 14, 2018 I had a little bit of a bug issue when it came time to withdrawl... and after a little bit of troubleshooting, ended up figuring out that it appears to bug out when you try to withdrawl while in the incognito mode for some reason.. so if you can't withdrawl, and you are using incognito mode just go into regular mode and try and you will be good!
griffinreynolds Posted November 14, 2018 #7 Posted November 14, 2018 This happened to me too, It’s a bug it can be fixed easily I think don’t worry. 😜
Guest Posted November 16, 2018 #8 Posted November 16, 2018 Vault seems to be working perfectly fine now. In case of any error, try reloading the page first, it usually solves issues like these, don't be lazy. Also, I would like to suggest paying attention on the required fields (we had users entering their usernames instead of amount, skipping 2fa while it is enabled, etc), and be aware that every transaction FROM vault has to be confirmed in the email you get when you request a withdrawal. Also, in case you have more email accounts and/or Stake accounts, double check if you're logged into the correct email account and correct Stake account at the same time, that's the only way for the confirmation to be able to happen. Those are pretty much all the "issues" that were reported so far, all of them are solvable by just paying attention on what you're asked to enter or do. If there are no further questions, I will lock this topic later.
BadG Posted November 16, 2018 #9 Posted November 16, 2018 Everytime i withdraw from my vault i confirm my email and after refreshing the page and my money came to my btc wallet
AmrShera Posted November 16, 2018 #10 Posted November 16, 2018 Yes, you are absolutely right. I agreed with you. The basement option is more than wonderful. I am already using it to store some coins for a period of time. This is a good option I hope that the site will not be closed for years if you have stored a large amount in the cellar of these coins
