I think rain bot is distributed they are lot of people's in chat but only few users get rain 🌧️ and only mods are getting rain It's not good for users who are in loss this glitch should get fixed soon

Some days i have for exemple a day with a lot of rains and the next days nothing, i think rains it's not random as they say
