I am not receiving any bonus emails

Hello, I haven't received any bonus emails for the last two years, that is, since 2023. I haven't received any monthly bonuses, birthday bonuses, or account-specific offers. I only receive statistics and login emails. I added Stake's emails to my contacts and haven't blocked any. As I learned from live support, I'm on their subscriber list. I've checked my spam and all other folders. The last time I received a monthly bonus email was in December 2023. How can I resolve this issue? Live support said they couldn't do anything.

When I want to get a monthly bonus, I have to search for bonus links from my friends or other telegram channels, and I get my birthday bonus by connecting to live support, which is very annoying...

I already wrote to live support, but they said there was nothing they could do. This really bothers me.

Im also never receive the email promotional from stake regarding the bonus

They mainly give bonuses to new players at the start to encourage them, the same goes for monthly and weekly bonuses, I get almost as much on platinum as my friend on silver with a truly gigantic difference in wager and losses

on gold i was getting 3x 500$ (on one they scam me you can look in my post about this) + some good juices minimum 1/2 bonuses a month

on silver same nice and frequent bonuses and they came really really often, but now when I play here 24/7  and put in a lot of money, I only get weekly and monthly - that's what everyone else gets, it's ridiculous

after gold nothing, 50$ ladder bonuses  only 2 times lol
