Unable to Access email acc and 2fA

Hi,

 

I recently contacted stake from my registered email address to assist me with recovering the acc due to losing the 2fa. 
Now i have lost access to my email account and cannot access the mail But i have found my 2fa account on my old device. I think the recovery was already started for the stake acc because when entering the 2fa code it says invalid. Please advise if you are able to stop the recovery so that i can use my 2fa code to login. Im unable to start a chat with live support due to not being able to login
