Instances of Stake MODs ignoring chat rules

So there is a long list of chat rules but all goes down the drain as soon as a diamond or Obsidian VIP comes and starts raining or abusing other users. In Sports chat, A diamond VIP used the phrase 'third world scum" to users of some nationalities and when reported to the MOD he said, he don't think it is a racial slur or offensive. Also there is this guy 777Aldo, who keeps jumping chats, talks in CAPITAL LETTERS and never gets muted coz MODs are fond of his 777.00 and 400.00 USD rains. They readily turn blind eye on him. Greed takes over the responsibility of maintaining the decorum.
