For future reference to enter the voice chat you have to get verified. Select the verify voice chat tag click the “verify captcha” link once the picture shows up you enter

[ game/ (name of game shown in picture)] in the message thread and send. That should verify you to enter the voice chat rooms. Then pick a room to be in and hope your room # gets chosen. Hopefully that helps!
