Mission Royale - tickets missing

Hi there,

first thanks for putting up the lists in the forums. I noticed that 2 of my tickets are missing in these list despite completing the missions. My missing tickets are from mission#2 (three casino pillars -> 500$ wager in slots/orgininals/live) and mission#7(500$ wager in sportsbook).

Anyone else have missing tickets there? Maybe I just need to wait for next update, but i did them at the same time as the other missions and they all show up.

Is there an issue/bug with the lists at the moment? @SanjaT

Im missing a couple as well. Mission 2 and 7. Hopefully like you said it's in the next update.

If you believe your username is missing from the list, keep an eye on the list update. If your username doesn't appear after the update, you can contact live support and have your bet IDs ready so we can review them further.

thanks for updating the list. I find my name in the list #7 now but it's still missing in #2. The list in #2 is very short as well (less then 1000 ppl) so I think this list is not working correctly yet.

Hard to send support all the bets for this mission. i did 1$ spins on slots and they cant really check 500+ bet IDs I guess.

I have completed tasks 3-4-5-6-9.
When I finished task 5, the system (or task 😎 said I would earn 1 extra ticket, which means I should have 6 tickets in total.However, I can’t see these 6 tickets anywhere in the system, and live support hasn’t been able to help me with this issue either.Also, why don’t you share more detailed/comprehensive statistics?Because of this lack of transparency, I’m now hesitant to complete the remaining tasks

friend, why aren't you responding? I also completed the 1st task yesterday. My name is still not on the list from 3 hours ago. I should have a total of 7 tickets by now

As I mentioned in the previous message, you will need to contact support regarding your mission completions, as that is not something I can assist you with. Please explain everything to support and they will take the necessary next steps.

@BratislavKsorry to bother ya, no issues here says i got all tickets✌🏻 just wanted to ask if there's a rough estimate on when results could be expected? Would be dope to know more than "within the next 36 hours"🫡😅

So, I contacted support.

They wanted all the betID's showing I finished all 9 missions.

How can they expect me to dive into 30k bets or even more, to find it.

And what about those wager missions lol, the want every single bet of it?

I finished all 9 missions, and none is registered. So surely there went something wrong at stake side, and I wont take all that effort to fix their problem, ill accept that my participation and time and money put is was a waste of my time.

 

On a sidenote though:

It really blows my mind that the biggest platform still hasnt automated it all and show realtime result/stats of their promos and challenges, like every other platform already fixed months, if not, years ago.

I should save us, and stake itself allot of trouble and effort.

i 100% agree. i dont understand it either. 

i also couldnt find your names. are you somehow banned from promotions at the moment or werent eligble to participate? did you get the "invitation" email for it?

I also didn't receive a ticket for mission 7. I completed it yesterday and contacted support.

I dont think I got any email, it showed a promotion for me under the promotion page in the casino. I am not banned or whatever and able to participate in other promotions etc. For example I am in the list of stake vs eddie now.
