Almost 2 months and still challenges and promotions banned!

its about to complete 2 months since i received the email saying that i would be not abble to participate on stake promotions and challenges like stake vs eddie, level up, forum challenges, etc....

 

Why is this taking so long?  

 

what is the point to ban people from that if they manage to complete it regularly?

 

we dont even have a e-mail to contact about it, support says they cant do anything about it....  that kinda sucks

if this is a permanently ban, like, what is the point for people hunt those type of promotions and challenges if we can be Banned for Hiting it?  we LOST money most of the times trying to hit it,  that just doesnt make any sense for me.
