Central banks could issue digital currency

Do you think that is would be more beneficial for banks to use digital currency to make transactions more secure and  more private?    The Managing Director of International Monetary Fund also known as the IMF feels this would be the way to go and that all banks world wide should consider going digital.  

Personally i dont think it will be something that  will happen anytime soon do to the fact that there are still countries that dont like and some that forbid digital currency. i d like to hear your opinion on this subject after you read this interesting article....

Hi! It would be nice if it did, but as you say, it's not for now! Too bad!
I have a few banks or even companies like Air France that use the ripple for certain transactions in my country in France, so I don't know exactly what they have because it's rather complicated but I know they use it!
