Stake Promotions Exclusion

Just wanted to provide some feedback regarding your series of excluding members of the Casino from any and all Promotions.

At a Platinum level, I would think that you have established proof that you are an active player enjoying the content of the casino you are playing.

I don't Dice, or use strategies to wager, I just play what I want with my gambling budget. Personally, I enjoyed the Level-Up challenges every week, and watching the Eddie streams, watching people win.

Being excluded first from the stream codes I understood. Maybe my fast response to getting some of the codes falsely flagged me as a bot claiming codes. Okay, I can see that, no big deal, it was more stress than fun anyway.

But receiving an email saying you are no longer eligible to take part on ANY promotion is just ridiculous. In the last month I lost 10 times more trying to do some of the challenges, and that is fine for my pocket, it is money I considered lost. But you are punishing me for trying and sometimes succeeding? 

You have taken the fun out of gambling on your site, and made it generic, just like the rest.

If you DON'T want people playing the challenges, perhaps you can alternate accounts between weeks that have access to them. 

Either way, I wanted to play with a ''goal'' that is what was fun for me. Now that the goals are gone, I think I will remove myself.
