How come most of newly created account getting rains in chat?
If you are part of a Community Chat you will notice that currently right now the ones that are getting rains are the accounts that just created either a day a week or a month ago.
Does Stake not moderate this?

I think this is the way they are going now. Seems like most of the Platiunum accounts now have rain ban. Most likely done to get the new players hoocked.
