The Challenger Posted December 5, 2025 #1 Posted December 5, 2025 Stake Poker has become a playground for clueless lucky fish who completely ruin the purpose of the game. The system launches a 14-Day Xmas Freeroll Event, and what happens? Endless multi-account bots and reckless gamblers flood the tournaments, shoving and calling all-in nonstop without any logic. It’s 2025, yet almost every table still has someone limping UTG, followed by a chain of limpers, and each hand drags on for 2–3 minutes over a worthless pot. The structure is just as absurd: 5–6K players squeezed into a hyper tournament with 3-minute levels, ITM barely 200 spots—less than 5%—while the algorithm seems to reward random all-in calls with trash hands as if it’s handing out free money. At this point, is this even a Poker tournament anymore, or just a chaotic race mixed with inexperienced players and automated fish bots? Stake poker is a haven for idiots who have no respect for the pure game of poker. Why, in tournaments with 4–6K players, don’t they set the payout at 10% ITM and simply run fewer events with a 5-minute blind structure? Who designed this Xmas series with only 200 payouts for 5,000 players and 3-minute blinds? Is this supposed to be All-in or Fold, or a playground for fish who call limp every hand? Even trash all-ins win more often than premium hands — is the RNG broken or what? I’ve never seen any event series this ridiculous. Does the person who created it have a problem with basic mathematics?
