Hello, first of all, I want to say that I'm very pleased and happy with this site and its team. However, there's a problem: the site's rainbot feature isn't working properly. I can prove this by saying that despite even though I don't spamand meeting the weekly turnover requirement, I haven't received any rain for 8 hours. However, a newcomer to the chat received rain after greeting them. I can't attribute this to luck or anything else. This is a pure problem. I request that an improvement be made. Have a good day.

I have the same problem. It's been 7 days and I still can't get rain. There are many people on trchat who have the same problem. I request that it be fixed.

There's definitely a major problem.

This problem started within the last week.
With a $15,000+ weekly wager and a $3,500 loss, there's no way I can't get any money from rainbot. This wasn't the case in previous weeks. There's a new system glitch.

I received $5 worth of rain once this week after months. Other than that, I don't receive any other form of rain. If stake.com assumes there's no such thing as a "rain ban," then I should be clear that some users are using this system for their own benefit and have manipulated the system (rain bot) to constantly rain on them.

Wager olduğu halde 13 gündür rain düşmüyor. Sistem yeni üyelere ve non vip lere daha fazla öncelik tanıyor bunun düzeltilmesi lazım.

Yea even i feel like there is rain ban because people who barely chat are getting rain after rain where as me who is always on with enough wager and all the necessary requirements.. cant even get rain lol.. The most fun part is how the support claims that there is no rain ban.. pure gaslighting lol...

Even though I had enough wagers, I couldn't get almost 15-20 day rain.

I feel the same way. I'm in the Chinese community, and there's someone whose name has been on the rain list for two consecutive days. I'm starting to wonder if there's a bug.

Its a shadowban that is well known.. you can claim rain after 7 days again.

 

I have had the ban for prob 10 Times and exactly after 7 days you will get rain again.

 

I have 50k wager this week alone and still am banned.

Same problem rain bot only gives rain for the 1 day in a week and then ban us for the rest of the 6 days and then again starts on the 7 th day lol , something is crazy happening with rainbot needs to be fixed @MilicaRai think mili only can fix this issue or maybe @AndreaMT mili and andrea friends friends 😃 😃
