Shady Email Offers by Stake

Hi guys,

Be careful! I got a wager offer by e-mail recently.

 

After fulfilling the requirements, I didn't get the prize.

Marketing says I am ineligible and the decision is final.

This is such a predatory practice! They lured me into depositing 500$ USD for nothing.

Shameless! Make sure to ask if you are eligible when you get an e-mail.

Yeah, this current state of affairs is ridiculous. Sending personal bonuses just to say you are not eligible after. 🤡🤡🤡

as long as they were done within 72 hours of receiving the email and are totaling $5000 or more then you would have met the requirement and should receive the bonus within 48 hours..

i always  recieve email offer from stake.. fill the rquirements and always get the bonus.. maybe you miss something like the moment you recieve the email then count 72hrs

They wouldn't hesitate to point to the player's mistake, if there were any. Instead, they give vague references to the marketing team decision, which has been a regular practice lately.

This tells me it all happened the way the OP described and there had been no failure on his side.

Guys obviously i had filled the requirements in time.

I have received also multiple times this type of offer and got the prize.

This time it was different for some reason.

I am totally done with online off shore casinos. 

There is absolutely nothing I can do about it. 

Can't escalate this to a manager, can't file a complaint, can't do anything basically.

Story checks out mate. The stake support is so bad it’s not funny. Doesn’t matter what problem you have it’s always the same generic answers and I always feel like they just do not care. And I genuinely can’t remember one time they actually helped me.
 

I think the most frustrating thing for us Stake players is we know how good this place used to be before it got abused to fuck. And that’s the issue.
