Max win and active challenge under slot

Hi,

I was trying to hit 2 challenges under lokis slot for max win and there was another one for 1k or lower multiplier that someone already claimed I see instead of me(screenshot included) 

Max win lokis:

Can someone explain to me that, i played on 20 cent spin but with bonus feature on, got a hit and cut me on max win but on the history it says its only 300x on 10 euro. 

 

So in that am I after hitting the actual max win on 20 cents and I can get awarded the 2 challenges under the slot like I was trying to get that I feel reward is owed for?

Or it's then win on 10 euro and I should be having paid out whatever more it should be on top of the winnings as be way way more as spin multiplier was 300x and you can see by connects and pay table amounts be crazy high... Or max win on 10 euro which would been 150k as I'm confused right? As right now I feel like I'm after getting scammed on 10 euro bet or 2 challenges below the slot active at time of winning...

its only the multi compared to your bet that counts. you hit a 300x cause you did a 10$ bet. you need to play basegame with no increase on bet size to hit these challenges

Then I'm that case it should not cut me off at 300x and say max win and reward me whatever it should be on 10 dollar bet with the symbols and multiplier as it ain't stated.... and theb info for game be fixed up for future players as it ain't stated anywhere after studying the information there again to make sure... as I'd want the winnings on 10 dollar bet so if we talking this the case seems very unfair

Can someone that has influence like @Edwardchip in on this and either treat it as 15k x them as stated at 20 cent and award me the challenges money or pay you out whatever the actual win at the 10 euro with visible symbols and multiplier would been as this is put me off further using stake if it's like that as not make sense a d unfair

I see nothing wrong about the multipler, since requirement is for you to roll that multiplier with result on bet ID being the final results so all this challenges on normal situation has to be done without any bonus activation

It shouldn't be counted as a max win then? Or I'm missing somethjng? The game info should be updated to clearly explain and reflect it so no one in future mistakes it as 10 euro spin or that the challenges don't count if bonus activated as that info ain't anywhere visible or wasn't at the time of posting...

Its a max win in game but challenge multiplier are counted via your bet size vs limit. So lets say a $0.05 - and max win is 5000x, any ingame features will make this 5000x not hittable. So you have to raw spin without feature to meet the challenge requirement

I understand the frustration since you thought you won something but unfortunately did not. You got a max win, which is the maximum win for the base bet that you did. But with respect to the X win (which is relevant to challenge to win the prize), your total bet including "enhancement," will be considered. Thus, your total X win will be the total amount of win divided by the total bet (including "enhancement").
