I wanted to support from stake regarding the date on which my self exclusion period ends. But when I contacted stake support mail, it told me the mail services are not working and advised me to ask support through live support. But I am not login my stake account because of self exclusion period so I can't contact live support.

I just want to know when do my self exclusion period ends! I remember doing it for 6 months but don't remember the exact date.

Unfortunately, the Community Manager team is unable to check or provide information on self-exclusion periods. To get the exact date when your self-exclusion ends, you will need to log in to your Stake account and contact Live Support directly. They are the only team that can assist with this. You will not be able to play, deposit, or use the platform normally, but you can access support.

I am not able to login to stake due to self exclusion to access live support. That's the issue. How can I even contact live support without logging now? This is also not possible. Check screenshots.
