Hello to the entire Stake player community around the world. My name is Naruemonn. Today, I want to talk about the distribution of rain across all chat rooms. As everyone knows, we currently have around 23 chat rooms, and about 3 of them are global chat rooms. The rest are local rooms for players to communicate in their own languages.

However, recently I feel that Stake is trying to cut the rain in four specific chat rooms whenever the Christmas event happens. This already occurred last week, specifically on December 7–8, when they removed the rain bonus in the Thailand, Pakistan, Nigeria, and Philippine chat rooms. Meanwhile, the rain mechanism in other rooms continued to operate normally, and those rooms still received rain bonus during this year’s Christmas event.

This makes me feel that Stake’s way of handling this is truly unfair and lacks equality. Rain is also an important factor that keeps players active and engaged for a longer time in the chat rooms. It also gives moderators work to do, such as managing and encouraging chat activity. But every time this rain bonus event happens, the moderators in these affected countries are left alone in nearly empty rooms because most of the big players leave when there is no rain.

I contacted support about this issue, but they simply told me that everything was fine and that there would still be rain. But I don’t think this can be happening twice in the same month by coincidence. I believe the Stake support team and staff fully understand the situation, but they will never actually help us.

I have wagered over 10k this past week, suffered continuous losing streaks, and there was no rain to help me recover even a little. What is this? Does Stake really want to retain players, or are you giving special treatment to certain countries like Norway or France just because players there spend more money on your platform?

Please give me a reasonable explanation instead of calming me down with generic answers just to brush this issue aside.

At least you guys receive rain, .us does not get that feature at all and our chat is heavily heavily filtered and blocked

Canada doesn't get this either. Jeez, people should be thankful they have access once in a while.

Merry Christmas 🎄🌟
