I’m creating this thread to warn other players and also to see if this public post can help resolve my case.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Stake.com, which is surprising considering it’s one of the largest online casinos.

What happened (step by step):

(I will attach a screenshot of the bonus email for transparency. The screenshot itself is not the focus of this post, but it confirms the exact terms of the offer.)

I received an official bonus email promotion from Stake. These types of email bonuses are well-known and regularly sent to players.

The offer required:

  • $1,800 deposit
  • $1,800 wagering at sport section
  • $180 bonus

I fully completed all requirements exactly as stated.

According to the promotion, the reward should have been credited within 48 hours.

The problem:

After more than 48 hours, I received nothing.

I contacted live support.

Support simply told me that I will not receive the bonus.

No clear explanation.

No reference to any violated rule.

No solution offered.

I’ve been gambling for many years and I’ve never seen a casino refuse a bonus after the player completed all wagering requirements — not even the smallest or worst casinos.

That this happens at Stake.com is honestly shocking.

Why I’m posting this:

To warn other players: be very careful with email bonuses from Stake.

To ask if anyone else experienced the same issue.

To give Stake a chance to publicly clarify or resolve this, because right now this looks like a bonus scam.

What I expect:

The bonus credited as promised.

If Stake staff are reading this: I am happy to provide my username, timestamps, and bet history to prove that all conditions were met.

Until then, players should think twice before trusting similar promotions.

Has anyone else had a bonus denied by Stake after full compliance?

Let’s keep this factual and transparent.

Did the time limit expire? I think I received that email three times, but I only got the bonus twice. One time, I had to wager within a week, but I didn't check the date I received the email and miscalculated the timing.

If you've met the requirements, you should tell customer support that you received the email on that date and met all the conditions within the required time. Even if you’re in the right and they still deny your bonus, you should post a screenshot of your chat with customer service here. Good luck, bro!

I want to clarify this again:

I completed all requirements within the required timeframe and exactly as stated in the bonus email I received.

When I contacted live support, the only response I got was:

“Our team in charge provided us with an update stating you are not eligible for the promotion in question, sadly.”

There was:

No explanation

No rule cited

No prior notification of ineligibility

No message before or during wagering

I received the bonus email, followed the stated conditions, completed the wagering, and nothing else was communicated to me.

If a player is supposedly not eligible, this must be communicated before or during the wagering — not after all requirements are fulfilled.

You cannot invite a player to:

deposit,

wager according to the terms,
and then simply deny the bonus without explanation afterward.

That is exactly why I’m raising this issue publicly.

That’s honestly so messed up. If you weren't eligible, they shouldn't have sent you the email in the first place. It's clearly their mistake, but they’d rather give you a canned response than admit they messed up their mailing list. Definitely post that screenshot so everyone else knows how they're handling this.

from my perspective this is a scam.

I took a real financial risk for this promotion. I could have lost a large amount of money while completing the wagering. I fulfilled all requirements exactly as stated, within the given timeframe.

After all that, they tell me I’m “not eligible” — only after the wagering was completed.

Then support claims they “do not cheat their customers”, while this situation clearly shows the opposite. Being encouraged to deposit and wager, and then denying the bonus afterward, is exactly what most players would consider getting scammed.

I have never seen this behavior, not even from the worst or smallest online casinos. Yet now it’s happening at what is supposed to be the biggest online casino, and it looks like they simply don’t care at all.

If I was truly not eligible, that should have been communicated before or during the wagering — not after everything was completed.

Until Stake provides a clear explanation of which rule I supposedly broke, this looks like a straight-up bonus scam.

Seems bad.

Very bad they wont even give you the reason behind it .

I had similar situations where i had questions where they could not give me any more reasone then "This is a decision from xxx team"

Even if i perhaps was wrong in that situation its very frustrating when they even refuse to give an explanation.

I hope they fix this .
