What is this competition?

This is a promotional competition run by Stake in connection with three live streams hosted by Drake on Kick. Eligible users can win a share of Drake’s Stake's profit during each live stream.

Who is running the competition?

The competition is published by Stake and is subject to Stake’s Terms and Conditions, Stake Community Terms of Use, and these Competition Rules. If there is a conflict, Stake’s Terms and Conditions take priority.

When does the competition run?

• The competition opens at 4:00 pm AEDT on 19 December 2025.
• The competition is conducted across three consecutive live streams hosted by Drake.
• All times are indicative only and may be determined by Stake at its discretion.

How many winners are there?

• 15 winners total
• 5 winners per live stream
• 3 live streams

What is the prize?

• Each live stream prize pool equals 10% of Drake’s profit at the end of each respective day's livestream.
• That amount is split equally between 5 winners (each winner receives 1/5 of the total for that stream).
• Prizes are paid into the Stake account, via a coupon, which will be posted to a reply to this post.

How is the prize amount calculated?

Stake determines the profit balance used, the timing of the balance snapshot, any applicable conversion, and the final prize. These determinations are final and not subject to challenge, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

How do I enter?

1. Sign up via the Gleam platform.
2. Provide your email address, full name, and Stake username.
3. Follow at least one official Stake social media account (Stake Instagram or Stake X) using your personal account.
4. Keep your follow active and verifiable until the prize is awarded.

Who is eligible to participate?

You must, at the time of entry:

• Have a Stake account.
• Be at least a Bronze VIP.
• Have completed KYC Level 2 verification.
• Have wagered at least USD $50 in the past 7 calendar days.
• Not be subject to any exclusions or restrictions.
• Not be an employee, representative, agent, or subcontractor of Stake (excluding Stake Community Forum moderators).
• Be compliant with Stake’s Terms and Conditions, including having only one account.
• Not be located in a prohibited jurisdiction under Stake’s Terms and Conditions.
• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

How are winners selected?

Five winners are selected at random and announced during each live stream (three streams total). All decisions by Stake are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding outcomes.

How will I know if I’ve won?

Stake may notify you and/or Drake may announce the winning username and prize amount during the live stream on Kick.

When will I receive my prize?

The prize will be posted on the Competition post thread here, along with a link to a coupon to claim your Prize on your Account.

What happens if I don’t respond or fail verification?

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to satisfy verification requirements, or does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and reallocated at Stake’s discretion.

Can Stake take back a prize after it’s awarded?

Yes. Stake may withhold, cancel, or reclaim a prize if a winner is later found to be ineligible or in breach of the rules, the Terms and Conditions, or the Stake Community Terms of Use. Stake may also withhold a prize where required by law, regulation, sanctions, or internal compliance obligations.

Are prizes transferable?

No. Prizes are non-transferable and can only be credited to the winner’s verified Stake account.

Do I have to pay tax on my prize?

Yes. Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or fees arising from receiving a prize.

Will my details be made public if I win?

By accepting a prize, you consent to Stake using and publicly broadcasting your username, first name, country of residence, and the prize amount for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes (unless prohibited by law).

What if Gleam, Kick, or social platforms have issues?

Stake is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party platforms (including Gleam, Kick, or social media). Technical issues may affect entry recording, eligibility assessment, or winner selection and Stake is not obliged to rerun any part of the competition.

Can Stake change or cancel the competition?

Yes. Stake may amend the rules at any time with immediate effect upon publication, and may cancel the competition at any time without liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This competition (“Competition”) is published by Stake, which operates the website <stake.com> (“Website”), and is subject to the Stake Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and the Stake Community Terms of Use (“Stake Community Terms of Use”) in addition to the following competition rules (“Rules”).

If there is a conflict between the Terms and Conditions, these Rules, and the Stake Community Terms of Use, then the following apply in order of precedence to the extent of any inconsistency:

the Terms and Conditions;

these Rules; and

the Stake Community Terms of Use.

Your participation in the Competition is subject to the following Rules:

1. Prize

1.1 If you win the Competition, you will receive a prize awarded to the “Stake Vault” associated with your Stake account on the Website (“Account”), paid in any currency or cryptocurrency nominated by Stake from time to time (at its absolute discretion) (“Prize”).

1.2 The Prize awarded in connection with each draw during the Competition will consist of an amount equal to 10% of Drake’s profit at the end of stream, which shall be divided equally between five (5) winners, such that each winner receives one-fifth (1/5) of the total Prize amount. This applies to each of the three (3) live streams. For the avoidance of doubt, the total number of winners for the Competition shall be fifteen (15) eligible users, with five (5) winners selected during each of the three (3) live streams. For the avoidance of doubt, “Drake” means the Stake Partner hosting the live streams on the Kick channel at https://kick.com/drake.

1.3 The calculation of the Prize amount, including:
(a) the profit balance used;
(b) the timing of the balance snapshot;
(c) any applicable conversion applied; and
(d) the final Prize awarded,

is determined by Stake in its absolute discretion and is final, binding, and not subject to challenge, dispute, or review, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

1.4 The total number of winners for the Competition shall be fifteen (15) eligible users, with five (5) winners selected during each of the three (3) live streams, as determined by Stake in its absolute discretion and without any liability to you whatsoever.

2. Prize Notification and Redemption

2.1 If you win a Prize, Stake will notify you and / or Drake will announce the winning username and Prize amount during Drake’s live stream on his Kick channel (https://kick.com/drake).

3. Unclaimed or Forfeited Prizes

3.1 If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to satisfy verification requirements, or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and may be reallocated at Stake’s absolute discretion.

4. Post-Award Ineligibility

4.1 Stake reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim a Prize after award if the winner is later found to be ineligible or in breach of these Rules, the Terms and Conditions, or the Stake Community Terms of Use.

4.2 Stake may refuse to award or may withhold a Prize where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, sanctions requirements, or internal compliance obligations, without any liability to the entrant.

5. Finality of Decisions

5.1 The selection of winners and all decisions made by Stake in connection with the Competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

5.2 Stake is under no obligation to provide any entrant with reasons, data, logs, calculations, or other information relating to winner selection, eligibility assessment, or Prize determination.

5.3 Without limiting clause 5.2, Stake is under no obligation to publish, provide, or make available any evidence of gameplay, wager activity, eligibility assessment, entry inclusion, randomisation method, or winner selection process (including any screenshots, logs, recordings, or audit materials), and any such information (if provided) may be provided at Stake’s discretion only.

6. Publicity and Promotional Use

6.1 By accepting a Prize, you consent to Stake (and/or its affiliates and/or group companies) using and publicly broadcasting:

your username;

your first name;

your country of residence; and

the Prize amount awarded,

for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes, in any media, worldwide, for an unlimited period, without any liability or compensation to you, unless prohibited by applicable law.

7. Prize Conditions and Limitations

7.1 In relation to the Prize:
(a) Stake does not accept any liability for any error or delay in allocating the Prize.
(b) The Prize is non-transferable and can only be redeemed to the winner’s verified Account.
(c) The value of any cryptocurrency component of the Prize is determined at the time of transfer. Stake is not responsible for any subsequent fluctuations in value.

8. Taxes

8.1 Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, or fees arising from receipt of a Prize, including any income tax, withholding tax, or other governmental charges.

9. Eligibility Criteria

9.1 To be eligible to participate in the Competition, you must, at the time of entry:
(a) have an Account on the Website;
(b) have an Account listed as at least a “Bronze VIP”;
(c) have satisfied KYC Level 2 verification;
(d) have wagered a minimum of fifty United States Dollars (USD $50) in the past seven (7) calendar days;
(e) not be subject to any exclusions or restrictions;
(f) not be an employee, representative, agent, or subcontractor of Stake (excluding Stake Community Forum moderators);
(g) be fully compliant with the Terms and Conditions, including only having one Account;
(h) not be located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction according to the Stake Terms and Conditions; and
(i) be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher).

Entrants under the applicable age of majority in their region are not eligible under any circumstances.

9.2 Stake may presume that all gameplay, entries, and actions taken via an Account are made by the Account holder, and Stake is not responsible for unauthorised access to or use of an Account. For the avoidance of doubt, Stake is not liable for any loss, claim, or dispute arising from use of an Account by any third party, whether authorised or unauthorised.

10. Gleam Platform

As this Competition is facilitated through the Gleam platform, your participation is subject to the following additional terms:

(a) Gleam Account Registration and Required Details:
To participate in this Competition, you must sign up to the Gleam platform (“Gleam”) by entering either an Email or a Google Account. As part of the entry process, you must also provide certain additional details, which may include your various social media account usernames, Account username and Stake Forum username. Stake reserves the right to determine which specific details are required for entry at its absolute discretion.

(b) Acceptance of Gleam Terms and Responsibility:
By using or accessing the services provided by Gleam to enter this Competition, you accept full responsibility for agreeing to Gleam's Terms of Use (accessible at https://gleam.io/terms) and acknowledge that you are bound by Gleam's Terms of Use and their Privacy Policy.

(c) Data Collection:
Stake is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any personal information you submit via Gleam. You acknowledge that you are submitting your personal data to a third-party platform (Gleam), and that Stake is not responsible for the security or use of this data by Gleam.

(d) Participant Indemnification for Gleam Compliance:
You agree that you shall at all times comply with Gleam's Terms of Use, in addition to the Rules, Terms and Conditions and Stake Community Terms of Use. Furthermore, you shall indemnify and hold harmless Stake, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents against all demands, claims, actions, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, or expenses whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from or arising out of any violation of Gleam's Terms of Use by you or arising from and related to your use of Gleam in connection with this Competition.

(e) Use Warning:
Stake makes no guarantees regarding the availability or functionality of Gleam, and shall not be liable for any loss of entry, error, or delay caused by technical issues on the Gleam platform.

11. Entry Requirements

11.1 To enter the Competition, you must provide:
(a) your email address;
(b) your full name; and
(c) your Stake username.

11.2 You must follow at least one of the following official Stake social media accounts using your personal account to be eligible to win the Competition:
(a) Stake Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/stake/); or
(b) Stake X (https://x.com/Stake/).

11.3 All follows must remain active and verifiable until the Prize is awarded. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

12. Competition Period and Live Streams

12.1 The Competition opens at 4:00 pm AEDT on 19 December 2025.

12.2 The Competition is conducted in connection with three consecutive live streams hosted by Drake on his Kick channel (https://kick.com/drake) (the “Back to Back to Back Live Streams”).

12.3 During each of the Back to Back to Back Live Streams, Drake will livestream himself playing a specific game on the Website (“Game”).

12.4 The specific Game and any applicable parameters will be communicated by Stake and/or Drake from time to time. Stake may change the Game, timeframe, or applicable conditions at its absolute discretion, and such changes do not invalidate prior participation.

12.5 All times stated in these Rules or communicated by Stake and/or Drake are indicative only. Any determination by Stake (in its absolute discretion) of the start time, end time, duration, and/or applicable eligibility window for any live stream, gameplay period, or draw is final and binding.

12.6 Unless otherwise stated by Stake in writing, all times communicated by Stake in connection with the Competition will be interpreted by Stake by reference to the timezone(s) nominated by Stake from time to time, and Stake is not responsible for any misunderstanding by entrants arising from timezone differences.

13. How to Win

13.1 To be eligible to win a Prize, you must:
(a) satisfy all eligibility and entry requirements set out in these Rules.

13.2 Winner selection:

Five (5) winners shall be selected at random and announced during each live stream (with a total of three (3) streams), resulting in a total of fifteen (15) winners across the Competition.

14. Stake Rights

14.1 Stake reserves the right:
(a) to reallocate or withhold any Prize where an entry is ineligible or non-compliant;
(b) to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is unlawful, offensive, or brings Stake into disrepute;
(c) to amend these Rules at any time with immediate effect upon publication;
(d) to cancel the Competition at any time without liability;
(e) to verify Accounts and Prize redemption;
(f) to disqualify manipulation, fraud, VPN use, or duplicate accounts;
(g) to take any steps necessary to protect the integrity and fairness of the Competition; and
(h) to disqualify entrants suspected of coordinating with others to gain an unfair advantage.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 Stake is not responsible for lost, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or delayed entries or Prize notifications due to technical, network, or other issues outside Stake’s reasonable control.

15.2 Without limiting clause 15.1 or any other limitation or exclusion of liability under these Rules, the Terms and Conditions, or the Stake Community Terms of Use, Stake is not responsible or liable for any failure, error, interruption, delay, glitch, malfunction, or technical issue affecting gameplay, wager tracking, entry recording, eligibility assessment, or winner selection, whether on the Website, during a live stream, or otherwise, which results in:
(a) gameplay not being registered;
(b) gameplay not being included in the pool of eligible entries;
(c) an entry not being received, recorded, or processed correctly; or
(d) a user otherwise not being considered for a Prize,

regardless of the cause, including but not limited to system errors, network issues, software bugs, third-party platform issues, or unforeseen technical circumstances.

15.3 Stake has no obligation to re-run any part of the Competition, conduct any re-draw, or compensate any entrant for any loss of chance, perceived chance, or opportunity to win arising from any technical issue, interruption, or error.

15.4 Stake is not responsible for the availability, quality, continuity, or functionality of any third-party platform used in connection with the Competition, including Kick or any social media platform, and any failure or interruption of such platforms does not invalidate the Competition.

16. General

16.1 The Competition is void where prohibited by law.

16.2 Stake makes no representations or guarantees regarding any likelihood of winning, and participation does not create any expectation of reward.

16.3 This Competition and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Terms and Conditions.

16.4 Stake is not liable for any delay, modification, suspension, or cancellation of the Competition due to events beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, regulatory action, or force majeure events.
