Losing my deposits (bonus)

Hi,

Normally I get a small bonus, like 20-30$ for losing around 350-450$. The past 7 days I have deposited and lost 6500$, and wagered around 400.000$, yet my VIP Manager tells me my activity is low and I cant get any bonus. She cant tell me anything other than activity is low.

Being Platinum VI, and wagering approx. 700.000$ each month, Im so confused. 

Did this happen to any one of you?

You can try messaging support but I remember them saying that the marketing team handles bonuses.

How to message the marketing team?

They wouldn't tell me.
