WTF Unable to participate in Bonus’s that are emailed to me!

Unfortunately, it would appear that you are not eligible for promotions. 

Please refer to the official email you received from Stake regarding promotions on 10/26/2025. You are no longer eligible to participate, but if things change, you will be informed via email about it as well.

Furthermore, as the email mentions, you can still deposit, play and withdraw with no issues, and claim other bonuses and benefits as well. You just can't participate in casino or sports promotions on our platform.

Once again, support is unable to overrule this, and we can't provide further clarification or reasoning.

 

 

Im so confused I keep getting emails too participate in the weekly sports/casino bonuses. Yet when I completed the SvE suppprt told me this?!? WTF I’ve always been wagering 40k atleast monthly and always end up in the negative. Has any other high lvl vip gotten this sketch ass shit? Is there a minimum you have to lose to participate in these  bonus payouts? I’m so perplexed what weird ass requirements are needed now in addition to thousands wagered a month aswell as completing the special competitions rules??

Keep in mind since that supposed email I’ve gotten the email titled “Big matchups. Bigger boosts. Ready” Which is all sports. I’ve gotten the email titled “Pragmatic’s Festive Rush has arrived” which is Skem ass pragmatic promos… yet I haven’t found this sus ass email saying im not eligible for promotions…. That’s pretty fucked up force feeding me emails to complete these bonuses and once I do say “oh well sorry disregard all those legit stake emails there should be a sketchy email that doesn’t contain our main name so you can’t find it and that’s what we will divert to when you complete these promotions opportunities we keep sending you” I thought stake was becoming better not more fucking sketch and skemmy
