I Changed the Multiplier and Lost a 50,000x Jackpot

I was chasing a 50,000x multiplier in Limbo with 100 TL bets. Right before it hit, I lowered my multiplier down to 2x and pressed the bet button one more time. That exact round landed on 50,000x. If I hadn’t changed the multiplier, I would’ve won the big jackpot. I’m sharing this so you can see how one small decision can completely change everything in Limbo.

I am quite sure you are incorrect about this. I don't know exactly how Limbo draws from the RNG, but I am pretty sure you can rest easy knowing you were never going to hit the 50,000x multi at the bet level you were playing...

Limbo has a provably fair formula. Everything is transparent; only the server seed is kept secret before the game starts. When the server seed is changed, this is openly disclosed, and if you want, you can perform the same calculation yourself and verify the result.

In other words, it is one of the games where cheating against the player is impossible.
