I have experience moderating online communities and am comfortable enforcing rules, handling user concerns, and working collaboratively with other moderators and staff. I am calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and always aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally.

I am very familiar with online chat platforms and understand the importance of transparency, consistency, and confidentiality when moderating a large community. I am also active, reliable, and willing to follow Stake’s policies and guidelines at all times.
