No its not random and when you claim something is random you got to put evidence behind it otherwise that jeopardize your whole casino as you claim your slots are random too..

I'm on a 7 days ban from all drops in chat without an email to notify me and support denying while its clearly the case

It is definitely strange that the support team denies it even though some users are clearly experiencing Rain Locks.

Pareil mec...quand je suis ban rain c'est PILE 7 jours, ou en tout cas la prochaine que je reçois arrive toujours dans ce laps de temps, alors que quand je suis dans le chat la nuit et que je suis pas ban, j'en ai toujours plusieurs, donc c'est statistiquement impossible que le ban rain n'existe pas comme ils le disent, il existe clairement et j'en suis maintenant certain

I don't think so. Actually, I think it's random until you get banned for a week because you've had too many. Otherwise, it depends a lot on the number of people in the chat, obviously.

Usually when you get banned, it lasts 7 days to the hour. 

This is very easy to spot in the regional chats. When you meet the requrement, is active in chat and rainbot tips 9 people and not you, your are banned.

vouch for this one, 4 people were tipped in chat today but not me, even tho I was active, had depos and wager. Happend multiple times.

My last rain was 5 days ago. I'm active in chat , I deposit every day, enought wager. I'm active  in play casino. 

In German chat, I see every rain the same names. Some get every second rain the whole day long. I got nothing since 5 days.
