I was playing a freeroll poker tournament when the poker administrator banned me during the ongoing tournament. After that, I contacted the support staff via live chat for assistance. They informed me that I need to complete Level 3 verification in order to use poker services again.

However, I was later issued a permanent poker ban.

This happened because I exceeded the poker verification attempt limit. Since there was no video example or tutorial available for Level 3 verification, it was very difficult to complete the verification instantly without any guidance. As a result, it took several attempts to complete the process.

I have now successfully completed and received confirmation of Level 3 verification, but the poker ban has not been removed yet. I kindly request you to reconsider my case, remove the ban, and allow me to use the poker services.
