Your Role at a Glance:

As a Chat Moderator, your main responsibilities will include:

Moderating the Indian chat rooms to ensure a friendly, respectful, and rule-abiding environment.

Answering player queries in real-time with accuracy and professionalism.

Flagging and reporting any inappropriate behavior or technical issues to the senior moderation team.

Promoting events, bonus offers, and other community initiatives when required.

Onboarding Process:

Your onboarding will include:

Intro Call & Platform Walkthrough – You’ll be scheduled for a 30-minute session on Monday (January 5th) with our onboarding coordinator.

Training Module – A short 3-day self-paced training on our moderation tools, community rules, and escalation procedures.

Trial Period – A 2-week paid trial period where we’ll assess performance, engagement, and communication quality.

Compensation:

You’ll receive:

A base salary of $400/month during the trial.

Upon successful completion, this will increase to $500/month, with additional bonuses based on hours and activity.

Moderation shifts are flexible but require a minimum commitment of 40 hours/week.

A security fee of $500 will be charged prior to onboarding process.
