DOUBT ON MY ACCOUNT

Please read the issue 

 

See I have self exclusion on my acc for 10 years that is done unintentionally due the mobile display issue i could not select the correct option and it was set to 10 years straight i tried contacting the support but there is no use. 

 

I thought to self exclude my acc for 3 to 4 months till the march or April as I am recently losing more amount than before so i thought to keep aside some time but as I thought to do it..

 

The exclusion period is set to 10 years unintentionally due to that now i cannot open stake for 10 years with out my mistake..

Is there any way to get my acc back after 3 to 4 months

Unfortunately self exclusion periods are usually final and can’t be shortened, even if it was set by mistake. Support normally won’t override this for responsible gambling reasons. Best you can do is keep contacting support, but chances are very low.
