On December 24, 2025, at 6:15 PM, I received an email stating that I would receive a $600 bonus for placing $1200 in sports bets over 5 days. Despite placing my bets on the dates and times I've shared below, the bonus hasn't been credited to my account. The promotions team wrote that I wasn't eligible for the bonus, but comparing the dates from 6:15 PM to 6:15 PM (the date the email was received), it appears I completed the promotion correctly. Please correct your mistake and credit the bonus to my account!
