Concern Regarding Unfair Giveaway Practices – Stake India Official

Hello @AleksandarG and @MladenS Sir,

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the recent giveaway conducted by Stake Official India (@StakeIND) X for the Man City vs Chelsea match.

The giveaway post clearly stated that entries would close before kick-off. However, it was observed that:

• Some winners submitted their answers after the first goal was already scored, which directly violates the giveaway rules.

• At least one winner posted multiple answers, which should automatically disqualify an entry under standard giveaway guidelines.

• Despite these clear violations, such entries were still considered and rewarded.

• A participant submitted the correct answer before kick-off, following all rules

That genuine entry did not win. 

This is not an isolated incident. A few months ago, I had already reported a similar issue to Community Managers and Support via Live Chat, where a giveaway payout was delayed by 2–3 months.

Unfortunately, the same pattern of careless management and lack of seriousness continues.

Additionally, similar problems are regularly seen in the Stake India WhatsApp community channel, where giveaways and community activities are not handled professionally or transparently.

Such practices:

• Undermine trust in Stake’s official community channels

• Demotivate genuine participants who follow the rules

• Harm Stake’s reputation as a fair and transparent platform.

I sincerely request the Stake team to:

• Review this specific giveaway and its winners

• Enforce clear rules strictly (cut-off time, single entry per user)

• Improve moderation and accountability of the Stake India admin team

I hope this matter will be taken seriously and corrective action will be implemented going forward.
