Thank you for reaching out!

Earlier today, an email containing an incorrect bonus amount was sent to more than 20 million customers. This email was only intended for a small subset of users and was sent in error due to an issue with our email service.

Once identified, we promptly sent a follow-up message to all affected customers to clarify that the email was sent in error.

As a result of this issue, this Saturday’s weekly bonus will be increased. 

Please refrain from contacting support regarding this matter, as they are unable to assist.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
