I have come across different messages online claiming to be related to moderator selection. Before trusting anything, I want to clearly understand how Stake officially communicates regarding roles, onboarding, or community responsibilities.

Could a verified moderator please confirm:
• Where official moderator announcements are posted
• Whether any payment or security deposit is ever required
• How users can verify official communication
