Rain Shadowban exist?

Hello. Im relative new on Stake and I stopped receiving rains for no reason at all. I have wager, im on chat like a normal person and somehow get blocked. Support said there was no shadow ban, because its a lucky question but obviously isnt only it. Can someone explain it / fix it?

If exist a shadowban, Stake can be more clear about it. Like a notification or something like this saying "You are blocked from rains because ..." like the mute type.

I haven't received them for a little over a month now. I used to get it dozens of times a day. But now it's shadowbanned. Welcome.

Thats sad. I got some hours without receive than back to normal, than back to "shadowbanned". Hope they change it somehow because i love stake already

Yes. The shadowban have existed since summer 2024. It used to be triggered by profit in weekly/monthly stat, but since November it's been banning almost everyone no matter how much you're losing. Very noticeable in local chats. It last 7 days, just like the code ban. Often retriggers within a day.

I've been with stake for 4 years almost plat 4.

 

Never recieved rain, just because some people told me that rain amount is irrelevant since its like 50cents.

Yes it exists, Since december alot of people are getting shadowbanned on regular basis. Its like 1 new gets banned and 1 other gets unbanned

It definitely happens. I'm in my regional chat very often at night, where, because of the relatively small number of active users, everyone has a good chance of receiving each rain. This means that every user present at night often receives several rains in just a few hours. This is the case for me when I'm not shadow banned, and then one day, not a single one for exactly 7 days. Statistically, it's impossible for this to happen by bad luck. It's really frustrating that Stake won't admit it.

I want to emphasize that in all cases, the known eligibility requirements are met!
