Apparently Stake silently ended support on emails. 

"Award winning customer service" - Doesn't have email support and only one avenue of reaching out- through an AI chat. Even when a support agent connects, he's not helpful at all. 

Anyway you discontinued email support but you still advertise it on your official site and your official emails, it's just sending us on a wild goose chase wasting customer's time trying to get help from your platform. 

Remove that email address from all your articles and communications.
