If someone was trying to harassing you, this appeal section was the best for you. You can ask to mute/ban people that a person trying to impersonate or harassing you. This appeal was created for you and only you and moderator can see your thread there. You can tell your problem There too. They will help you to solve your problem and your requests all about Stake.

Have you already used this forum section wisely?

I am yet to use it, but I want to know how you used this Appeal forum section and what did you write at there? If you don't want to tell your problem, it's okay. Don't force yourself to write if you don't want to.

If you don't know where is it, try to check Stake Support -> Appeals

from my experience with it... its not worth it....
my experience was i spent all that time writing and explaining my point why i thot this or thot that.. and why mod made a mistake and this and that... all that time and energy,

yet never got  a response from mod in question... (2nd time it happened with that one...)
all it is imo is to make you feel better that you have someplace to write something..... imo....
for me...they just wait it out until your mute is over... and they can take forever to reply to your appeals if ever..

Also the whole section is HIDDEN, only mods and support see the contents...
so in other words its useless. if no one else can see, they have no accountability and no transparency

they should make it open to all to see, but only let the people involved make the posts....

The Stake team is very helpful. All my "disputes" (not that I've had many) have been solved through a civil conversation with live support. So I've never used this section, I prefer live support to resolve problems, since they also respond within minutes :)

You have been very fortunate.
im sure my experience is not what everyone else has gone through.
and regardless of my experience, i still think the section should not be hidden. it should be public in my opinion, especially if the person making the appeal wants it to be.

stake has some weird rules... like only the mod who gave the mute can unmute the person muted, regardless if support thinks the mod made a mistake by muting the user.. is at least what ive been told... but then again ive seen that rule broken as well..

idk i better not start cause it will just be stirring up past things =D
i dont think many people use that section anyways

Not sure if it's a special case with me, but I've appealed about mutes, etc lots of times in here. But with no luck unfortunately...

I think a quick live support ticket is easier and faster than making a whole appeal against someones decision.

I personally never use that Section. because since support was here 24/7 ,

we can always tell them and they gonna do what must be done with  someone who  was trying to harassing me or begging on me :D

Not sure if I understood you correctly since your wording is a little weird, but appeal is to appeal a ban/mute, not to complain about something. That's called report a player lol 😛

I believe the entire appeal section is a little outdated, not useless but because I thought originally it was to deal with marketplace-caused bans (such as late returns on loans etc) and if someone repaid their loan with interest after being banned they can appeal to have their forum account unbanned.

In general I find that the live support is a MUCH better place to deal with problems. Faster communication, faster actions, and it definitely is better talking to someone face-to-face, so to speak.

However I believe when someone is banned/muted it's that way for a reason. I haven't seen bans that aren't impersonation yet, and I'm 100% sure anyone trying to impersonate a HR would know appeals are literally going to be useless, since they are knowingly breaking one of the rules with the biggest consequences. As to mutes... they usually aren't long and they are usually to teach someone a lesson, so suck it up and wait for it to be over.

hhmmmm i always thought of the appeals section existing in order for a user to be able to appeal a mute decision carried out by a mod.
as in if one does not agree with a mods choiice to mute, and/or has evidence to prove their point or make their case, they make an appeal.
I dont see how it can be used for other things =/  can it?  maybe as you ask "Have you already used this forum section wisely? " perhaps i have not ... i think i have tho hehehe

They would create that as a good reason, or maybe to not burden all of the problem to live support. If I see all the responses, I think they used live support than this appeals.

And, true. Because I didn't use any of appeal things. I want to create this thread to let me and others know about this section, because many people doesn't know about that. Because it's not really explain well enough in the description about appeal thread for.

First, I'm sorry because of my little vocabulary to speak english that make you confused . I was quote it from the appeal section that said : appeal for a ban/mute. And then, I read about this one.(Thanks to Bojana) So, that was making me want to know about what is Appeal for. So, I want to ask people what did they use this appeal things.

I have used it and its quite nice since you and the staff are the only ones that can see it. It makes a serious and professional atmosphere, so one can feel like their concerns are being taken seriously.

I have used it to appeal and even though i did not get the resolution i was wanting, I atleast got a good explanation to things. So if you really feel like you been wronged this is a good place to post your concerns and get some reassurance or peace of mind.

is it included to report acts of humiliation and racism? because right now I often get this action via PM, and finally this menu appears to listen to my complaint :') . Thank you for providing this menu :D

I’ve been on the forum for quite a long time, but I didn’t have to use this feature once, if there is any problem, then our supports solve everything very quickly online on Stake:)
