Bonus drop ban two weeks in a row

Hi,

 

Last saturday 3rd of January I watched Eddies stream for the first time. I used two bonus drops 3 and 4$ and then got an email that I got banned for 1 week. 
 

This week towards the end of the stream the ban ended so I claimed one last code 5$.

2 hours later again banned. 
 

What does this mean? Am I doing something wrong? This is the first time I used any code.
