Lillyflow Posted November 28, 2018 #1 Posted November 28, 2018 There is a song by Jamiroquai with the lyrics over a funky rhythm- " Paranoia it Will Destroy Ya" and these words make me laugh - on a daily basis. Why? Just imagine a losing streak, on any random day at the games we all frequent. Have you ever caught yourself thinking crazy, paranoid things about the games ways of ensuring your loss and the house win? This is meant to be funny- so be aware that all of my examples- are REAL- I have thought these things, but they are not TRUE. They are far - fetched conspiracy theories that are definitely a result of a red streak of losses. We all do it. Confess! Here are a couple of my paranoid confessions: I once thought to myself "Hey- when charbets says 'game not found' that was probably my huge win and they stopped it from winning on purpose!" I realized how crazy that is to think - so I dismissed the thought and moved on. I have also thought "when there is a lag - it is the secret casino staff swapping out results - that would have been my big win!" Crazy and goofy to think this way. I confess to feeling like suddenly a game will stop winning. "A kill switch has been flipped, and this is doom. On purpose. They don't want me to win." Really, really silly Lilly. It isn't the true circumstance at all. I have many times thought that the gifts from the rainbot take the wins away from the games. "They have to pay for those crypto-n must negatively impact my game results! It must!" "That guy is a jinx every time I talk to him I lose all my money very quickly." <--- crazy and NOT TRUE "They are all alts of each other! Everyone is actually just a handful of people with a mega group of alts - and I am the only one who wasn't invited to the party." This one- has some truth to some degree. I have to let it go- OFTEN- because there is one in particular that really does have 20+ personas. grrrrrrrr 🤣 All of my examples- are the mild version. The fact is - becoming paranoid is just a part of some days, in gambling, lets face it. We are frequenting a place of business, A business designed mathematically in the favor of our beloved Stake admin- that is how casinos work. They must be profitable or they would be bankrupt. So it is no secret that the house edge exists. It probably isn't as glamorous as one might think when you take into account all the babysitting of whiny asses like me. Anyway - what silly thoughts have run through your mind when playing on a bad day? Confess your best conspiracy theories here. Your Turn To Confess Your Worst and Best fears while gambling. Remember - this is not about logic. It is about a strange phenomenon that occurs somehow - when losing, and you think of things that are simply not reality.
nadiya14 Posted November 28, 2018 #2 Posted November 28, 2018 OMG so true wahahahahhaha i totaly see myself in this confession note i CONFESS TOO ahahahhaaha but sometimes these thoughts seems soooo real!!!! i confess that sometimes when i win big 1 time i think i will win again but always ends up in a dissaster losing it all !!!

While I know that Stake's rainbot is mostly a rake back bot, rainbots are not uncommon and I understand since it's free money sites can give it to whomever they want, but as you asked, it's paranoia!

Lets just say it is a regular beggar who pisses me off because he begs- promises to pay back and never does. He is a jinx. When he shows up my whole mind goes negative. Particularly when I hit a really unlucky red loss streak, and when I type !odds I'm told that's a one in 500k bet chance of happening and I go why meeeeee xd And yeah within about 30 seconds I calm down because I know how ridiculous that sounds 😛 P.S. Jesus... someone with 20+ alts on chat? What do they do.... beg 24/7? I'd love to know who is this, and will probably promptly tell them to go get a job or even pick up recyclable cans for money since that probably pays much better.

Owl182 Posted November 29, 2018 #9 Posted November 29, 2018 I must be honest i really never think like that, cant explain why, perhaps just part of the way i think, i do second guess myself though, particularly when (for example) you go High but the little voice inside you said Lo (and was right) lol, i do agree though that the Admins, Support & Mod's do a fantastic job of "Babysitting" all of us from all corners of the globe with different cultures, different languages etc, good job guys !!!
