What are some of your biggest bitcoin regrets?  I'm sure we all have something that we wish we had or had not done that would have us in a much better position right now ....  =[

1) Chickening out of spending $1,000 to buy a decent amount of Bitcoin a year ago.
2) Not getting LTC mining working before the mega-bubble.
3) Turning my BTC miner off because it was noisy lol?
4) Not taking advantage of cloudmining from the time it launced
5) Not creating a savings of my BTC... but selling them off to often or soon.

I'm not making this post so much as to the, shoulda, coulda, woulda's... but more of the ideas that can help me change what I am going to do for the future instead of making more dumb decisions lol... I need to do better! 😫

Too many to mention but one of the most regretful one would be to have not saved up Bitcoins from the beginning of my introduction to cryptocurrency and keep HODL'ing it to present day. It would have most definitely be a considerably large amount but well that is already a forgone conclusion now. :(

It's important to remember that things like price are unknowable.  So there was no way to know to go all in on Bitcoin at the end of say 2016 and sell everything at the end of 2017.  I'm very happy to be a fan of the Bitcoin project.  I love the idea of a decentralized payment system backed by math rather than national governments.

It bums me out when the price drops not so much because I didn't sell everything at the top (not that I had that much to sell) but because it makes jerk Wall Street types from the USA look correct in saying Bitcoin is crap/scam/ponzi etc.

I'm not saying I've never made mistakes, I lost a lot of coin chasing losses once, but I can say I learned from that and have not made the same mistake again.  I'll also say I'm just amazed every time Doge pumps.  Keep in mind I actually like the idea of the coin, it never took itself too seriously, but it amazes me that it trades as high as it does.  More power to it!

Sort of like @lupandina you've got to focus on the things you can know and not beat yourself up over not knowing things that were in fact unknowable.

I regret not buying bitcoin and doing more research into it when it was at $1000. I knew about it, but thought it would never take off, so I just ignored it. On the positive side though, I bought bitcoin at around $4500, so I haven't lost too much (I bought last year, just before it rose to 20,000 USD).

Another regret is not selling at $20,000 lol, I thought it would continue to rise...

The past already passed, we can't change it. We just live on and accept the facts.

Well, I just regret myself not jumped into cryptocurrency more sooner, only that and not really big deal to me because I already jump at crypto now.

Buying a pizza for 10k coins years ago. They weren't worth much then. Something like $30 worth of pizza for all of them.

Whatareyagonnado?

You actually got TWO pizzas, so don't feel too bad.

If you want to go down memory lane, here's your thread on Bitcointalk:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=137.msg1141#msg1141

It looks like you actually did it a couple of times.  I hope the people you sent the coins to used them well and didn't lose them all on Mt. Gox!
